If you are a glam doll on a budget... have no worries here are some tricks and tips in how to get that gorgeous JLO, Eva Longoria, Angelina Jolie, who ever your hair inspiration may be.... gorgeous hair for this spring/summer.
Hey new year.. new you!! isn't that the traditional motto ?
So here you have it :How to get an inexpensive (even FREE!!) Haircut at an expensive salon:
1)
Do "marketing" for your salon.
Ask your salon to give you some business cards and make a deal... meaning that you get a free haircut for every 2-3 new customers you bring in !!! easy right? or if not... there is always the easier way which is... using twitter, instagram , facebook, pinterest, tumblr, BEAUTY BLOG , etc to market your new dew!
2)
LIKE your salon
Usually business offer deals/promos if you like their FB Page... it takes 1 sec to hit that like button, you never know when that deal will strike. Hey $5 is $5 right? A discount is always good in my book.
3)
Be a hair model.
This works because your the promo!! not only do you get people to get interested about who did what to your hair but also... you are promoting yourself. More Fans, more likes, more comments ???? ehhh.... Life is good ladies.
4)
Keep your hair longer .
This works if you tend to keep your hair short. Once your hair starts growing, your shape does not look the same anymore which is a cause for a more frequent haircut. Why not try some long locks? Or try that new ombre style hair... Healthier hair... more $$ in your pocket. I have been having OMBRE hair for the past 6 months now and I STILL GET compliments! Its great too if you want to give your hair a rest.. a long vacation is what I like to call it.
5)
Cry poor.
This is the last resort.. unless you are a really good actress and have no shame. If you really do not have the money .. be honest and go with a hair stylist that you have been going to for a while. Some stylists will work with your budget (be realistic too) Don't expect to go to Beverly hills for a $15 hair cut.
6)
and last but not least... the best tip of all : YELP.
yes... yelp.
I love yelping... that's how I found my amazing stylist.
People usually post pricing, customer service, and even what kind of style of hair cut/ hair color they got and even past experiences!! REASEARCH is always handy!!!
Well dolls, those are the tricks and tips... take this and use it!
I expect all of you to look nothing but FAB this summer!
with love. XO
